Based on the lives of those forced to live and work in the Magdalene Asylums, In a Month of Fallen Sundays told the story of one room and the many women who had passed through it.
A tragic tale of women classed as ‘sinners’ being punished for their non-existent crimes retreating into their own minds; a place where where books are filled with apples and wardrobes are filled with stars.
Premiered at Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Gilded Balloon, 2004.
