Facilitators Needed
We’re looking to add to our pool of artist/facilitators for the ongoing delivery of our devising theatre workshops in schools and colleges, specifically with artists who are based in Essex, London or the North East or North West of England.
We’re looking for people who have:
- a genuine passion for developing creativity through theatre with young people.
- are exceptional communicators and experienced facilitators
- and have experience working in contemporary theatre.

Applications need to be submitted by Friday 26 June – and you must be available for a workshop audition on Tuesday 14 July at The Unicorn, London and Wednesday 15 July at Sheffield Theatres as well as be free for an intensive workshop training week in August 2026.

Interview Process
We will hold an informal Zoom chat before inviting selected candidates to an audition workshop audition on Tuesday 14 July at The Unicorn, London and Wednesday 15 July at Sheffield Theatres.
If you are successful in securing the role there will also be an intensive workshop training week in August 2026.
