Held – 1 day Free event for theatre practitioners & facilitators

Calling all Sheffield and South Yorkshire based Facilitators!

On Friday 06 March 2026 we’re joining forces with Sheffield Theatres for the second year in a row to run Held. ‘Held’ is a one-day event for theatre practitioners and facilitators working with children, young people and communities. Run in partnership with Sheffield Theatres ‘Held’ offers an opportunity for local community artists to connect, network, learn and share best practice. The event is about holding a space for the people who are normally the ones running the room.

The FREE event runs from 9.00am – 5.30pm and also includes lunch and breakfast butties! For those that can attend there’s also the opportunity to attend The Ladies Football Club performance at the Crucible Theatre from 7.15pm too.
